The CEN Suite is a project resource management toolset. CEN is the abbreviation for Consulting Engine.Net.
The CEN Suite consists of two parts, which can be be used independently, the online internet and the intranet version.
The internet version can be reached under www.consultingengine.net. It is a project resource management tool for all people
offer or need work related to SAP projects. It is the one-stop platform for your resource needs. The detailed database lets you
create profiles and projects in a structured way and makes searching not just possible, but also exact. The unique hand-shake process
enables you to connect to other business partners and to secure deals with a view mouseclicks!
The intranet version on CEN offers the same user interface and functionality, but runs on a dedicated server as part of your intranet.
In that way it is possible to create a project resource management system in-house, in order to manage all resources
and projects.
The intranet version of CEN is connected to the internet tool. Seamless integration makes it possible to publish
resources or projects in the internet. So you can easily find the right candidate or project. No double entry is needed,
just activate it and the data will be visible online, too. All messages received during the hand-shake process are forwarded to
intranet inboxes. No need to login in to the internet version at all!
The CEN Suite offers reporting functionality and if requested we develop reports especially for your internal needs.
The reporting focuses on end-to-end process monitoring to ease the efforts to keep track of your resource
availability or project’s requirement.

Zimbra is an open-source and web-based group collaboration system which is written in Java and runs on a variety of Host operating system. It includes group calendaring, group mailing and interaction with Microsoft Exchange/Office clients. Meeting invitations, cancellations etc. can be cross-posted between Microsoft Outlook Clients, Linux Evolution Clients and the Zimbra Web Client.
The web-client is designed with user flexibility and usability in mind. Instead of feeling like a web-application, the system feels more like a real application you start on your PC. In addition to the always-online solution for which you need an active and working internet connection, there is also a local client installation which synchronizes the mails on a frequent base with the server and enabled the user to access mails even when he or she is online. The look-and-feel is the same, but you have your mails on-the-go.
Zimbra supports the following host operating Systems:

- Microsoft Windows
- Apple MacOSX
We also offer own plugins like a self-developed WAP/iMode Access module to view your mails on the go in the mobile phones web-browser.

Mantis is an open-source and web-based bug and issue tracking tool which enables you to manage issues and bugs within your projects. It sits on top of the real-world proven LAMP architecture (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and is currently available in 68 languages. Statistics can be exported to MicrosoftTM Excel and MicrosoftTM Word Documents as well as HTML pages. Additionally (if requested) graphical status plugins can be set-up and used to get a quick-glance overview about the progress.
Although it is more user-friendly than user solutions as Trac or xxx it doesn't lack any of their features.
Mantis is able to use one of the following database as its backend:
- MySQL
- Microsoft SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
It runs on any host operating system that supports the LAMP architecture e.g.:

- Microsoft Windows
